Rating: 8.5 Comments: This is a good quality recording, but I think it is
from multiple sources and shows - the songs up to 17 Seconds sound like it's
from the same show, but the three "encore" songs all sound like they
are from different sources. The interview is pretty funny - Smith tells
the interviewer that they have three new records coming out next week and the
interviewer believes him! I think this was recorded around May 24 or 25 -
does anyone know for sure? This version of The Holy Hour is the one
dedicated to Ian Curtis, who committed suicide on May 20, 1980, and has lyrics
about him. Smith introduces Primary, but it has the lyrics of Cold Colours.
He also changes the lyrics quite a bit on Seventeen Seconds. Good boot,
worth having!
